1. Who we are

Nano Impex LLC (“we”, “us”), company registration number 6015565, is a fire safety and industrial protection equipment importer and distributor registered in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. This policy explains what personal data we collect through nanoimpex.mn and how we use it.

2. Data we collect

Contact form: your name, email address, selected subject, and message text.

Product inquiry form: your name, email address, and optionally your company name and phone number, together with the list of products you selected.

Spam protection: when a form is submitted we briefly hold the IP address it came from in server memory, for a few minutes only, purely to limit repeated submissions. It is not written to any database, never shared, and not used to identify you.

Visitor statistics: we use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-focused service that counts page visits without cookies and without collecting personal data.

We do not collect payment information through this website. We do not use advertising cookies, and no cookies are set for tracking.

3. Data stored on your device

Your language preference (English/Mongolian) and your product inquiry list are stored in your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device, is never transmitted to us until you submit an inquiry, and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

4. How we use your data

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotations, and communicate with you about the products and services you requested. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Where your data goes

Inquiry submissions are delivered to our company email and recorded in an internal spreadsheet used by our sales team. Email delivery is handled by Resend (resend.com), spreadsheet storage by Google Workspace, and website hosting by Vercel, each acting as data processors on our behalf.

6. Retention

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to handle your request and for our ordinary business record-keeping, after which they are deleted.

7. Your rights

Under the Law of Mongolia on Personal Data Protection (2021), you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, and withdraw consent to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at sales@nanoimpex.mn.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be announced on this website.

If we introduce online ordering, payments, analytics, or marketing cookies in the future, this policy will be updated before those features go live, and your consent will be requested where the law requires it.
